2016 Liaoning Dalian Changhai County eighth phase of aquatic products quality and safety training courses held as scheduled
In order to further improve the aquatic product safety awareness and management level of aquaculture and processing enterprises, on May 31, the Changhai Marine and Fisheries Bureau held a training course on aquatic product quality and safety in the Yangxiang Township. The training objects were mainly the persons in charge and technical personnel of aquaculture, aquaculture and aquatic product processing enterprises. Marine Township fisheries practitioners were actively involved in the training course, with a total of 51 participants in the original 40 person training course.
The training course was first conducted by Dai Fengling, director of the aquatic product quality and safety supervision department of Dalian Ocean and Fisheries Bureau, to explain the judicial interpretation of the Food Safety Law by the Supreme Procuratorate and the court, and to cite some cases of aquatic products. In the past, what seems to be a violation of the law in aquaculture has actually violated the law, which touches people's minds greatly. Next, Liu Tong, deputy director of Dalian Aquatic Technology Extension Station, explained the new technology, new methods and new material application of sea cucumber and scallop culture, especially the knowledge of aquatic medication. The teaching content was very popular with aquatic practitioners.
This training course is the eighth continuous training course on aquatic product quality and safety held by Changhai Marine and Fishery Bureau since 2008. The training course has effectively improved the aquatic product quality and safety awareness and aquaculture technology level of the aquatic product practitioners in Changhai County, and has played a positive role in the construction of the demonstration county of marine pasture in Changhai County.
